We make everything to order so depending on what you require, we will usually arrange a visit to discuss your project and show you some of our design and finish options - if you're not too far away we won't charge you a penny.

At this appointment we can usually give you an instant quote of time and cost and if you wish to proceed we can book you in there and then. If your project requires more thought on design and solution then we may decide to go and have a think about the best solution to meet your needs and your budget.

Once we agree a design and finish we will arrange a convenient time for fitting. If there is ground work or automation involved we will send in our team prior to fitting to prepare the site. We can even work with your designer or architect to ensure a smooth install - this is all included as part of our service - the are no hidden costs!
